Hey! my name is Ell, and I’m a tattooist.
I got my first machine at 16 years old, started on skin in 2017 and went full time in 2022.
I love Japanese styles, American traditional, black and grey, colour work and cartoons / anime.
I love these styles because they feel timeless, bold, and last a lifetime. When you see someone across the street with those kind of tattoos you cant help but go Wow! Look at that!
These styles are important to me because it’s what I grew up on! Watching cartoons / anime, drawing Japanese dragons / mythical creatures out of books I loved so much when I was younger, and old crockery my mum used to have that had these Japanese motifs on them. It all stems from childhood.
I want to tattoo people who feel the same way, are fascinated with these older periods,
feel nostalgic, people who are like-minded and enjoy reminiscing on the past. People like me I guess!
I want people to come to me knowing they feel safe & confident in what I can design / tattoo and leave with a tattoo that will age awesome over the years to come.
